Cancellation

Please email customer service at service@tinstree.com .Orders are able to be canceled ONLY before shipping. Please contact our customer service within 12 hrs after submitting your order with these info: Order number & Cancellation request with a picture/screenshot of the product(s) from our website, if necessary.

  1. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service. The cancellation notification will be emailed to you.
  2. Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 10-30 business days to process.

    Once an order is canceled, we cannot undo this. You will need to place a new order yourself once you still want the product(s).
